&lt;p&gt;1. Only Water. Did it on Friday and Saturday. Didn`t today, because I went over my Godmothers house and we had like Cake and lots of Juice and stuff.&lt;br/&gt;2. Sweets only once. Again did it the last two days, today I had lots of Cake. eugh! &lt;br/&gt;3. Fruit Everyday, Smoothies to rule them all. Today I had a Cherry-Banana one (its called KiBa were I live, Kirsch-Banane) which was delicious. Friday and Saturday I had Dragonfruit with Raspberries/ Cherries.&lt;br/&gt;4. Healthy Meal. Managed to have one everyday. &lt;br/&gt;5. 8 Cups of Water. Drank a lot yesterday, but didn`t quite do it the other two.&lt;br/&gt;6. No Fried Food. Only one I managed to do all week :D&lt;br/&gt;7. 45 minutes of exercise. I grabbed my Bike today, not so much on Friday and Saturday.&lt;br/&gt;8. Abs, yesterday. Not today or friday. Sucks to be me :D&lt;br/&gt;9. 50 squats. Monday and Tuesday killed me, so I avoided those all week.&lt;br/&gt;10.No Bad Carbs. Did it Yesterday :D&lt;br/&gt;11. A Smoothie. See my Fruit :D The Dragonfruit Smoothies were awesome really. And I loved the KiBa one :)&lt;br/&gt;12. Eat something you don`t usually like. Nope. :D&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Overall I think I did okay this week.. I could`ve done more. I`ve skipped my exercise a lot of the time. I`m so satisfied that I`ve managed to reach 9 Goals again&amp;#8230; well 8.5 however you look at it.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Only drinking water.. Did it! My throat is better so I don`t have to drink tea anymore. &lt;br/&gt;2. Sweets&amp;#8230; Yeah, well this girl on my swimteam has her birthday today and she brought Gummibears so I just thought fuck it.&lt;br/&gt;3. Eating Fruit everyday. I had a Mango/Banana Smoothie this Morning and I ate a Banana after my Training Session. Yay for fruit!&lt;br/&gt;4. Healthy/Not Pre Made Meal. Well, it wasn`t Pre Made, so I guess that counts. &lt;br/&gt;5. 8 Cups of Water. Check!&lt;br/&gt;6. No Fried Food. My Cravings for chips have actually stopped so that`s good :)&lt;br/&gt;7. 45 minute exercise. I had a 2 hours training session so I guess that pretty much covers it.&lt;br/&gt;8. 10 minutes of Abs everyday. Does trying to stay afloat count?! I`m not sure.. Like I said 8.5!&lt;br/&gt;9.50 squats. Nope. Couldn`t be bothered.&lt;br/&gt;10. No Bad Carbs.I ate Bread again&amp;#8230; aaaand it was delicious :D&lt;br/&gt;11. Drink a Smoothie. I had a Mango Smoothie this morning which included 1 large Mango, 1 Banana, about a cup of Yoghurt and some lemon juice.&lt;br/&gt;12. Eat something healthy you don`t like. I`ve actually ate two Bananas today, which normally I can`t stand. (I nearly choked on one as a kid) &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Only drinking water, didn`t work out because I drank shit loads of Tea, as I not only have sore legs, but also a sore throat.&lt;br/&gt;2. Only eating sweets once. I actually haven`t had any sweets this week so far, so I`m pretty proud of that.&lt;br/&gt;3. 1 piece of Fruit everyday. I ate some yesterday and I do have a mango in the kitchen that just waits to be eaten, but today was not that day.&lt;br/&gt;4. At least 8 Cups of Water a day. I reckon I drank that amount in Tea the last two days :D&lt;br/&gt;5. Didn`t have any Fried Food at all this week and it`s not going half as bad as I would`ve thought.&lt;br/&gt;6. 45 minutes of exercise. Did it yesterday&amp;#8230; today not so much. To be honest I was just too lazy and also my muscles ache like a bitch. Also I know I`m gonna swim for 2 hours tomorrow, which will probably make up for today.&lt;br/&gt;7. Same here, no 10 minutes of abs for me today. Did them yesterday though.&lt;br/&gt;8. 50 squats&amp;#8230; Same as the above :D&lt;br/&gt;9. I actually didn`t have any &amp;#8220;bad&amp;#8221; carbs today, did eat some bread yesterday though.&lt;br/&gt;10. Didn`t have a smoothie today or yesterday, but I think I`ll blend up that Mango for tomorrow.&lt;br/&gt;11. I don`t remeber eating something I don`t like either days so nooo!&lt;br/&gt;12. A healthy meal&amp;#8230;. my grandma made me dinner today so duh!&lt;/p&gt;

I thought it would be fun to try doing all of them and as it turns out, it`s not that hard to do. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today i`ve accomplished 9/12 things I wanted to do, which I think is a pretty good start. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Trying to drink only Water for one week. Considering I drink lots of Water anyway and hardly anything else (accept applejuice) this wasn`t too hard.&lt;br/&gt;2. Only eating sweets once a week. By far harder to do than the first one as I have a sweet tooth and go through a lion or snickers bar a day&amp;#8230; at least. But I`ve overcome the temptation and haven`t touched any sweet treats today.&lt;br/&gt;3. Eating one piece of fruit a day. Normally this is a problem for me, as I never get the feeling of being full afterwards, but my grandma bought a dragonfruit today which I obviously had to try aaand it was awesome.&lt;br/&gt;4. Cooking a healthy meal (no precooked food). Unless you count oatmeal, I couldn`t do this today.&lt;br/&gt;5. Drinking at least 8 Cups of Water a day. Done!&lt;br/&gt;6. No Fried Food for a Week. I loooove me some Chips, but didn`t eat any today.&lt;br/&gt;7. 45 minutes exercise per day. I had a 2 hour training session and 1 hour P.E. today, so that should be covered.&lt;br/&gt;8. 10 minutes Abs. Fortunately we did this in P.E., otherwise I probably would have failed.&lt;br/&gt;9. 50 squats a day. Did them right after waking up. &lt;br/&gt;10. No &amp;#8220;Bad&amp;#8221; Carbs. As in no white bread, pasta, etc. I`ve had a Roll in School and one after, so that obviously didn`t work out.&lt;br/&gt;11. One Smoothie, fruit or veg. I really just couldn`t be bothered, so nope!&lt;br/&gt;12. Eat something healthy you don`t like/ won`t eat normally. I ate the Dragonfruit. Normally I don`t like anything with Dragonfruit in it. No matter if it is a drink or whatever.
